Protech spray, an external antiparasitic with a composition that prevents and treats infestations caused by fleas and ticks and offers photostable environmental control of immature forms of external parasites, providing cumulative and residual effect.

Indication

To protect the animal against fleas, ticks, mosquitoes and diptera in general.
Especially indicated for patients where bite prevention is a fundamental requirement for therapeutic or prophylactic success (atopic patients, FAD, vector-borne diseases, etc.).
Protech Spray supplements several external antiparasitic treatments, to secure or improve repellency.
Monthly application. Its use can be anticipated in case of very severe infestations.
Indicated for use in dogs as of 10 weeks old and 1 kg in weight, lactating females, and sick or debilitated animals.

Adults: 3 to 6 ml per kg of body weight (7.5 to 15 mg of Imidacloprid) equivalent to 5 to 9 squirts, depending on fur length.
For puppies or adults weighing less than 3.5 kg (Toy Poodle, Yorkshire, Maltese and other breeds of this size), 1 ml/kg is recommended, equivalent to 2 squirts per kg of weight.
Sprayed directly onto the animal’s fur.
The full dose may be used once a month and according to the animal’s weight, or at partial dose as reinforcement, applied to specific areas (thigh joints, armpits, behind the ears, front and back paws), prior to patient exposure to untreated environments (walking areas, baths, beaches, etc.).

Each 100 ml of product contains:

Imidacloprid 0.25 g, Pyriproxyfen 0.25 g, Permethrin 2.0 g, Piperonyl Butoxide 0.3 g, Excipients q.s. 100 ml.
