Tau Ophthalmic, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Combines Chloramphenicol and Hydrocortisone, both in an excipient that guarantees maximum permanence of the active principles, reducing evaporation of the tear film.
Chloramphenicol is recognized for its great intraocular penetration capacity and its broad action spectrum, even against intracellular bacteria. Hydrocortisone is a glucocorticoid with excellent topical action and no systemic effect.

- Due to its broad spectrum of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, it is indicated in infectious and inflammatory processes in general.
- Conjunctivitis of various origins, especially those caused by Chlamidya spp.
- Blepharitis, keratitis, anterior uveitis, wounds and irritations of conjunctiva and eyelids.
Dosage and Administration Routes:Instill one drop of Tau Ophthalmic with corticoid in the eye, every 8 hours.
