Only 10% of the total flea population is found on our dog. We don’t see the remaining 90%, but they live in our home (floors, carpets, armchairs, beds etc.). Adult fleas are those that live on the animal, while juvenile or immature forms (eggs, larvae and pupae) live in the environment, and are the most numerous. That’s why once flea infestation is underway in the home, it may take 4 to 6 months to fight them off. Protech is recommended every 30 days for at least 4 consecutive months. Should you have any questions, we recommend checking with your veterinarian.

Dosage

Like humans, some pets are sensitive to specific medications; this is due to individual susceptibility of that dog or cat to certain components present in the different pipettes. In these cases, the recommendation is to wash it off with plenty of soap and water, and see your veterinarian.
Some patients may be sensitive to certain active principles in a given formulation, some after the first application, others with successive applications, while most will never show any sign at all. In order to provide an assertive answer to your specific case, we ask you to please complete our contact form by selecting the “Complaint/Claim” option; a representative from our Quality Control team will receive your data and information and follow up on your case.

Gerioox is the first medication intended for dogs and cats of advanced age. Its formulation is notable for integrating Omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants and chondroprotectors, all natural components with no contraindications. Gerioox counteracts the oxidative processes that damage cells while reactivating microcirculation, favoring the functioning of different organs and restoring vitality in older animals, thus anticipating the consequences of the passage of time on pets. Its use is recommended from any age, even before the onset of the signs associated with old age. Because it presents no drug interactions, it is compatible with other medications, and it can be administered with no time limit. Gerioox comes in boxes with 20 or 120 tablets.
